Frontend Developers are responsible for the client-side design and functionality of the project. They earn 20% for implementing the UI/UX.

Earnings: ₹8,000

Backend Developer (20%)

Backend Developers handle the server-side logic and database management. They receive 20% for their role in developing the backend system.

Earnings: ₹8,000

Operations Manager (5%)

Operations Managers ensure smooth communication across teams and oversee the workflow. They earn 5% for coordinating project tasks and timelines.

Earnings: ₹2,000

Bonus & Incentives (5%)

Team members receive bonuses and incentives based on overall performance. This contributes an additional 5% of the total project earnings.

Earnings: ₹2,000

Total Earnings

The total amount earned by the team member based on their contributions to the project and bonuses.
